MuseLumo is designed to create images on your device. This policy explains the limited data involved when you use the app and this website.

On-device creation
For supported workflows, prompts, source images, and generated images are processed locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. We do not receive or store that creative content unless you deliberately send it to us for support.
Model downloads
MuseLumo connects to our model hosting service to download model files you choose. The hosting provider may process standard network information such as IP address, request time, and downloaded file for security and delivery.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and manage entitlements. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and device-related information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Support and website data
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. Our website host may keep standard technical logs needed to operate and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can delete generated images and downloaded models from your device. You can also contact us to request deletion of support correspondence we control, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
